How does it work?

Assessment

Team members are sent a link to take the 15-minute online assessment to identify their individual working geniuses, competencies and frustrations.
Individual Debrief

Each team member receives their individual assessment results along with an individual debrief to understand and confirm those results.
Team Leader Debrief

Team leader receives a debrief of their individual and team results, in addition to an overview of what to expect in the group facilitation.
Group Facilitation

Team attends interactive workshop to improve dialogue, map how the team operates and facilitate shared learning to leverage Working Genius to be more innovative, strategic and effective.
